Pretty boy is a term used to describe an extra fine looking teenage boy, typically connoted to an adolescent or young adult male with soft attributes. Some of those attribute types may include: oval faces, long/curly eyelashes, facial beauty marks, smooth lips, refined features, wavy hair, etc...
Also a pretty boy can rock any type of clothes. Like for example a nerd is wearing skinny jeans and vans it looks very weird but when a pretty boy put it on it looks good.
